About the Community & Scholarly Vision

Welcome to the official CERN Zenodo community portal of WABE Journal. Operating within the Qian0901 Cyber-Sovereignty Territory and rooted in the profound scholarly heritage of the Xihe Scholarly Hall, we bridge ancient artisan rigor with modern digital science. Our mission is to provide an unyielding, high-precision publishing platform for empirical engineering, subsurface pinpointing, and infrastructure integrity.

The 8-8 Review Protocol & Editorial Matrix

Reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship of ancient building codes and modern Information-Physical Systems (CPS), all records published under this community undergo our proprietary 4-Human / 4-AI Collaborative Matrix and the rigorous 8-Pass / 8-Review (8-8 Protocol) quality audit. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for superficial scholarship, ensuring every dataset, preprint, and article meets absolute empirical integrity.

Core Focus Areas

• Civil Engineering & Built Environment: Structural engineering, smart materials, and construction methodology.
• Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS): Advanced sensing, telemetry, and automated feedback loops.
• Subsurface Detection & Pinpointing: High-precision underground utility mapping, non-destructive testing, and radar imaging.
• AI-Powered Infrastructure: Intelligent algorithms for defect inspection, structural health monitoring, and automated safety compliance.
